General terms of use

www.xigoros.gr is the online store of the Greek Company under the name “Bambis Xigoros”, which is based in Kalamata, Messinia prefecture in Greece and on Athens street no. 41, TK 24100 (TIN: 023885967, D.O.Y Kalamata), and which has as its object of activity the trading of building materials, car paints, heating and cooling equipment, agricultural machinery, appliances, small appliances, etc.
Before entering our online store and browsing our website, please read carefully the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the Company’s online store (“Babis Xygoros”), located at www.xigoros.gr. Please ensure that you agree to all of the following terms and conditions of website use and transaction, as your further use and browsing of the above Website implies your acceptance of them and implies your express and unreserved assent and consent to them. It is noted that the Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions, made through its online store, in accordance with its needs and business ethics, and undertakes the obligation to simultaneously inform users of any modifications as well as for any change, through the website of this online store. It is clarified that the change of terms does not affect orders that you have already placed.

Terms of sale of products (Order / Contract)

This contract covers exclusively any sale of products through the Website www.xigoros.gr within the Greek Territory. Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Every user who enters and uses the services of the online store is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the conditions set forth here, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, he must refrain from using the online store and from any transaction with it. Sending your order implies acceptance of this Agreement and all its terms.

The online store www.xigoros.gr operates in accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection” and in particular article 4 on distance marketing of goods and services. The order forms you will receive for your purchase contain any more specific terms that govern, in addition to the terms of this contract, the purchase of each specific product. The Company reserves the right to reserve and/or refuse execution of orders if it communicates within a reasonable period of time the reasons for the relevant reservation and/or refusal. In case of any problem, complaint, observation, etc. that arises during the use of the online store, the user must immediately inform the Company accordingly.

Warranty

The Company does not warrant or guarantee protection for third-party products (products that are not manufactured and/or assembled by or on behalf of the Company and which the Company simply resells). For such products you will receive a warranty directly from the manufacturer or licensor. The Company does not warrant or guarantee the fitness of any product sold for any particular purpose.
Withdrawal / Return / Replacement of products
You have the right to return the product without reason and request payment of the price you paid within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product and after sending it at your own expense to the physical store of the Company at Athens address no. 41, Kalamata, Postal Code 24100, simultaneously completing the attached “Withdrawal Form”, which you must send to us either together with the product to be returned or electronically within the above deadline to info@xigoros.gr.

In this case, the Company must refund you the money you paid as a price for the purchase of the product, not the shipping or cash on delivery costs that you may have paid for the execution of the order and which are borne exclusively by you, and the refund of your money will be carried out within thirty (30) calendar days from the date we receive the product to be returned, according to the method you will indicate and fill in the attached “Withdrawal Form” within the above deadline for declaring your withdrawal, otherwise the Company reserves the right to return your money to you in the manner it chooses. When the initial transaction has been made through credit, then the return is made only in the same way and not by sending money to the customer’s account or any other way he will indicate. It is clarified at this point that any costs of returning your money are borne solely by you.

You can also return the product you purchased to the above address and request that it be exchanged for another product of equal value to the price you have already paid or with an additional price if you wish, within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving it product. The refund option only applies to remote purchases and not to in-store purchases.

In both of the above cases, for the return to be possible, you must:
1. The product to be returned must be in the condition it was received, i.e. it must be complete, without damage, its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, including all labels, necessary accompanying documents, etc. and in any case it must not have been used and
2. the product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (receipt, bill of lading, etc.). If the aforementioned conditions are not met, the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

On the contrary, if the return/replacement is due to proven defectiveness of the product, the costs of sending the new product or refunding your money will be borne by the Company. This contract does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order in time and as long as it has not been shipped by the Company by calling 27210-29955, 27210-62588, 6977503518 or by e-mail at info@xigoros.gr. Depending on the stage of development of your order we will inform you about the options you have.
